Consultation Package:
An
Initial Consultation is a key element of building a working
relationship... Touring your home, room by room, provides a
clear idea of how to maximize space and character.
Understanding your expectations are important and a
foundation to how Arranging Spaces will achieve your goals
and dreams. The Consultation Package provides a written
proposal and answers to your questions at the time of
presentation.
*Choosing additional services at this time will result in a
credit towards future service provided.
“Top Ten” Priority Report:
A
detailed report that prioritizes the top ten improvements
and which provide immediate impact and direction. This
report utilizes an expert’s perspective and critical eye to
identify improvements which will garner immediate returns
within the home. Customized to your home, the report
targets priorities that should be completed to ensure you
are heading in the right direction.
Certified Half Day / Full Day of Home Staging/Interior
Redesign:
(Based on an 8 hour work day)
Transforming your home into “model” showing condition is
what I do best! I will spend the time necessary to create
style and personality in key areas of the home. We will be
working together as a team from the Consultation proposal.
You will also be provided a “Top Ten” Priority Report which
helps you understand the essential items that need to be
accomplished.
“DIY” Do It Yourself Action Plan:
This
extensive 30+ page report will detail every action I would
undertake to complete the project myself. As an additional
bonus I will provide tips and ideas to assist you in
creating that look you desire. I will share my expertise,
knowledge and skills so that you will be confident to
complete this project yourself!
Vacant &
Staging Enhancement Packages:
Vacant Staging is
essential to the homeowner/builder where the property is
empty. I will stage the home with the essentials that keep
the buyer interested and have a visual understanding of the
layout of the home.
Home Updates &
Renovations:
When
considering making home updates and renovations Arranging
Spaces will provide the most up to date products and designs
necessary to create a home that delivers style and dramatic
results.
